About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Network & Cloud Engineer to support a high-profile environment related to IT and Cloud setup. This role requires hands-on expertise in network and security infrastructure, including Palo Alto firewalls, LAN / WiFi switching, and log management. The successful candidate will be embedded with onsite team, providing day-to-day technical support and long-term stability for the customer environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Palo Alto firewalls to ensure secure network operations.
• Configure and maintain LAN switches & WiFi environemnt for optimal connectivity and performance.
• Configure and manage AWS cloud instances.
• Provide proactive support and troubleshooting for network and security infrastructure.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and compliance requirements.
• Produce technical documentation, configurations, and operational guides as needed.
• Ensure best practices in IT security and adherence to organisational policies.
