Where will you work?Our client is a cruise company that, since 1990, has been taking travelers to the impenetrable and breathtaking regions of one of the most remote and beautiful parts of the world in a way that simply cannot be replicated.What will you do?Your daily responsabilities will be : - You will manage and maintain strategic business relationships with the company’s key clients.- You will develop and implement customized strategies for each client to maximize the value of the business relationship.- You will identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts.- You will negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual benefit.- You will work closely with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement.- You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the accounts and adjust strategies to improve results.Who are we looking for?You are the right person if : - You speak both Spanish and English at an advanced level (C1-C2).- You have 3 years of expirience or more.- You are available for travelling.- You are a strong results orientation and attention to detail person.- You have the ability to work with CRM tools and
