About the role

At Capitole Consulting , we continue expanding our Data & AI practice and are looking for passionate professionals who want to work on real-world AI projects with impact.

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) with 3–5 years of experience to support the development and productionization of advanced AI models — from research to scalable, production-ready solutions.

Hybrid mode : 2 days a week at the office ( BARCELONA)

What you’ll do

Design, develop, and train AI and machine learning models (NLP, GenAI, predictive analytics).

Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured Python code.

Collaborate closely with MLEs to deploy and scale models in production environments.

Work with large datasets using Databricks , Pandas , and modern ML frameworks.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development lifecycle and MLOps practices.

What we value

3–5 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering .

Strong programming skills in Python .

Hands-on experience with Databricks and ML libraries such as scikit-learn , PyTorch , or TensorFlow .

Solid understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Knowledge or interest in NLP and Generative AI / LLMs .

Excellent communication skills and a high level of English (team communication in English).

A collaborative mindset and curiosity for innovation.
