Chief Digital Architect

Lead Web Developer Position

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced developer to take on the design and construction of a new digital modeling platform. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in React development, state management with Context API, and Reactive Extensions.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, product owners, developers, and designers to create a responsive and adaptive UI that meets the needs of traders, risk managers, and analysts. They will be responsible for crafting intricate and elegant UIs using advanced design patterns and implementing real-time communication between the backend and frontend.

Your Responsibilities

Design and develop a user-friendly interface for the trading and risk modeling platform.

Implement new features and migrate existing models and tools to the new framework.

Manage state with finesse, leveraging the power of RxJs and Context API.

Adapt to evolving project requirements and adjust to changing priorities.

Ensure robustness and reliability through comprehensive testing.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need :

A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Proven track record in building Trading and Modeling tools in financial environments.

Demonstrable expertise in React development and state management with Context API.

RxJs proficiency and comfort with Reactive Programming and State Management.

Ability to work in an environment with state-of-the-art CI / CD tooling and principles.

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with team members and stakeholders.

Agile mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
