Key Responsibilities Lead a team of solutions consultants to develop and implement technical solutions for customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive business growth and retention.

Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a pre-sales system engineer manager with direct people management responsibility.

Experience as a senior system engineer / specialist.

Industry knowledge of security product market trends and directional awareness of technology development efforts.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Requirements Proficient in English and Spanish.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
