Senior Lead Engineer - Power Systems

Job Title : MV / HV Engineer Manager Description : We are seeking a seasoned MV / HV Engineer Manager to lead our team in the development and implementation of medium voltage and high voltage components for renewable energy projects.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical engineering, project management, and leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities : - Design Development : Develop conceptual designs for substations and interconnections.- Permitting and Procurement Support : Manage preliminary studies, coordinate with engineering consultants, and support the procurement team during the RFP process.- Commissioning Support : Provide on-site commissioning support, develop punch list items, and create performance testing plans.Qualifications : - Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field.- 8+ years of professional experience in generation interconnection design, development, construction, and analysis.- Job-site safety certification is desirable.- Excellent communication, task management, and planning skills.- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP.- Advanced level of English language proficiency.- Knowledge of medium and high voltage standards and codes, including interconnection and MV / HV knowledge in the Italian market.About Us : We offer a dynamic and multinational work environment, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful climate change initiatives and foster your personal and professional growth.Visit our website to learn more about our culture and values.
