As a Project Manager , you will orchestrate a revolution by aligning engineering, industrialization, and logistics teams to drive ambitious projects from test phases to client interfaces, turning ideas into reality.

What You’ll Do Lead & Supervise Projects - Take charge of multiple technical projects from initiation to completion, meeting quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) goals. Plan, schedule, and manage project resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Integrate Development with Industrialization - Partner with engineering and operations to refine manufacturing workflows and ensure smooth handoff from design to production. Serve as the point of contact for flight operations to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage Logistics & Industrialization Operations - Lead logistics and industrialization efforts to ensure smooth production workflows.

Conduct Risk Assessments - Identify potential risks, analyze probability and impact, and define mitigation measures to keep projects on track.

Ensure Testing Excellence - Oversee product testing, validation, and qualification phases, analyze results, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Be the Client's Go-To Expert - Act as the technical interface for clients, ensuring their needs are met and keeping them informed about progress, milestones, and adjustments.

Contribute to Winning Tenders - Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and cost estimates that meet customer expectations.

Requirements Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, or project management.

Technical background in Aerospace, UAV or similar .

6+ years of experience in technical project management or industrialization, preferably in an industrial or technological environment.

Deep knowledge of industrial processes, testing methods, logistics, and industrialization challenges .

Strong project management skills , with expertise in tools like MS Project.

Excellent communication skills , able to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make quick, effective decisions.

Experience or knowledge in the drone industry is a big plus.

English is your working language —additional languages are a bonus.
