About the Role ✅

We’re looking for an Agile Project Lead to coordinate remote software development teams across Spain . This position is ideal for a hands-on project manager who loves empowering teams , fostering collaboration, and driving continuous delivery in a remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities ✅

Lead cross-functional teams throughout the full software delivery lifecycle, promoting agile principles and team autonomy.

Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Identify and remove blockers while driving continuous improvement in workflows and tools.

Partner with product managers and solution architects to align technical delivery with business goals.

Requirements ✅

4+ years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master.

Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are a plus.

Skilled in Jira, Confluence, or similar agile collaboration tools.

Excellent communicator with strong English proficiency.

Based in Spain, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel to Barcelona or Madrid.
