Role

We are looking for a Growth Manager with native German for the German market, to join our Marketing team at our Zona Franca (Barcelona) offices, reporting directly to our CMO.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating acquisition and growth strategies to scale the customer base in line with FTB objectives.
• Supporting, coordinating, and collaborating with the internal performance marketing team to apply the latest practices, scale paid media campaign performance, and develop new acquisition strategies.
• Designing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing flows tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborating with the product team to design and execute A / B tests on website elements, landing pages, and the sales funnel, with the goal of improving conversion rates.
• Working closely with the sales team on a weekly basis to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring constant feedback exchange and steady progress toward monthly targets.
• Developing and executing strategies to improve retention.
• Collaborating with the customer support team to enhance efficiency in handling tickets and incidents.
