As we continue to expand, we are looking for talented, driven professionals to join our international team and be part of our next growth chapter. We are currently looking for a talented professional to join us in Spain as a Country Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners.
  • Drive the development and execution of effective sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets across all relevant channels.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team to support business operations.
  • Ensure optimal in-store presence and visibility of the product portfolio.
  • Manage internal and customer-facing budgets, ensuring financial discipline and ROI.
  • Deliver regular, comprehensive business performance reports.
  • Represent the brand with excellence and integrity across all stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish FMCG market, particularly within distribution and wholesale.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts, wholesalers, and C+C channels; established network required.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational capability.
  • Proven ability in negotiation, problem-solving, and driving results under pressure.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and highly goal oriented.
