Role
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona. You will play a critical role in aligning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, ensuring that our entire revenue engine runs efficiently and scales effectively. From optimizing our HubSpot CRM to building full-funnel reporting and driving operational excellence, you’ll be at the center of our growth strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is both technically strong and strategically minded, passionate about AI, data, and innovation; but also hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data, automation, and smooth integrations.
- Design and maintain end-to-end revenue reporting across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
- Partner with leadership to develop forecasts, territory planning, and quota models.
- Improve funnel efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and driving process improvements.
- Align go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS) on shared goals and KPIs.
- Lead initiatives to adopt new tools and technologies that enhance productivity and scalability.
- Champion a data-driven culture, ensuring decisions are guided by insights and analytics.
About you
3–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar roles.Strong expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM (certifications a plus), but also knowledge of handling APIsProven track record in B2B SaaS environments.Solid background in data analysis, reporting, and KPI management.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Passion for AI, innovation, and emerging technologies.Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.Nice to have
Experience driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.Familiarity with SaaS growth metrics and subscription business models.Exposure to AI-driven sales and marketing tools.Knowledge of revenue operations best practices and frameworks.What it's like to work with us
