What you’ll do

  • Support customers via chat, email, and phone

What we’re looking for

  • Native / Fluent in Maltese, Dutch, German, or a Nordic language + solid English (B2+)
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or support (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
  • EU passport / Portuguese residency or eligibility to work in the EU
