Your Mission : Strategy, Launch, and Scaling in the DACH Market

You won't just manage accounts; you'll own the entire onboarding journey for a portfolio of new advertisers in the German market, ensuring they achieve maximum impact from day one.

  • Design, implement, and launch highly effective PPC campaigns that deliver immediate, measurable results.
  • Engage with businesses via outbound calls to understand their unique goals and present tailored digital advertising strategies.
  • Identify and secure upsell opportunities by continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize client investment and ROI.
  • Apply your knowledge of German digital market practices and GDPR / local regulations to guide clients securely.
  • Build deep, trusted, and lasting relationships, managing high daily interactions while delivering excellence.
  • Maintain accurate, timely client data and performance records within CRM systems.

What You Bring to the Table

We need an ambitious, detail‑oriented professional ready to excel in the German market.

  • C2 level fluency in German is essential, alongside professional proficiency (C1) in English.
  • 20+ months of proven success in a sales or marketing client‑facing role, ideally focused on paid digital advertising (PPC).
  • A strong understanding of the German market and its rigorous cultural business practices.
  • Hands‑on experience with major PPC platforms and familiarity with CRM tools and AI‑driven outreach.
  • A Bachelor's degree (Masters in Marketing / Communications is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication, compelling presentation, and a proactive, results‑driven approach.
