About the Job :
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless employee onboarding, employment contracts, and benefits management. Your expertise will drive process improvements to make our HR function more efficient.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
Manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Administer employee records, leave tracking, and policy updates.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.
Partner with executives and managers to understand needs and priorities, balancing multiple viewpoints with tact and professionalism.
Design and improve employee benefits to keep them competitive and aligned with our company culture.
Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries.
Collaborate with leadership on process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage onboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR administration.
Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leaders with high standards and varying working styles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to adapt your approach depending on the audience.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Comfortable navigating a dynamic, changing environment.
