We are looking for someone passionate about the footwear industry, eager to grow in an international environment. The project is developed within one of our technical offices located in India, China, Vietnam, or nearby regions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise among developers, Head office and factories to solve technical issues

Production follow-up to ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and delivery requirements

Work with suppliers to ensure all materials meet testing requirements

Process Compliance and Follow-up

Clear to Wear & Safe to Wear involvement

Corporate Social Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

POSITION / PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

• 5 years or above of solid experience in footwear production and development

Solid experience in footwear and / or bags development and manufacturing processes

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of responsibility

Proficient in written and spoken English
