Overview
Account Executive – (Norwegian & English Bilingual) at WeTravel. This remote role requires the right to work in the EU. WeTravel is expanding in Europe, with Sweden and Norway as our next markets.
We’re building a new team to unlock this potential. You’ll be part Account Executive, part Business Developer, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding.

WeTravel’s Sales team combines autonomy with collaboration. As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and handing off to onboarding. We focus on understanding client needs and aligning our solutions to help their business thrive. Our team moves fast, supports one another, and celebrates wins together. You’ll spend most of your time prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads; we already have a large pool of interested prospects.
We use HubSpot to manage our pipeline and prioritize a consultative sales approach that builds lasting relationships with travel operators. Hospitality or travel industry experience is a big plus, and we value a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and handoff to onboarding.
- Prospect, demo, and follow up with qualified leads; prioritize activities that move deals forward.
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with a consultative sales approach.
- Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to shape future offerings.
- Collaborate with a friendly, high-performing team and support one another to achieve goals.
- Source your own leads in addition to provided lists and help break into new regions (France & Benelux in addition to Sweden & Norway).
You Should Apply If You Have
Native or C2 level Swedish or Norwegian, and fully proficient in English (required).Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach.Strong communication and presentation skills.Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow.Experience with inside sales via email and phone.Experience in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses.Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot.Bonus if you come from a hospitality or travel background and understand how tour operators think.You Might Not Be The Right Fit If You

Attractive compensation — uncapped commission.
