We are looking for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER CATALUA & BALEARES based in BARCELONA
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute the go-to-market strategy ensuring alignment with revenue growth targets.
- Develop and manage a high-performing sales pipeline driving above-market growth and exceeding revenue and backlog objectives with a global focus.
- Analyze market trends, customer segmentation and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies based on location, sector and service offerings.
- Provide market intelligence insights to support business planning and product / service expansion.
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strengthen the companys internal and external brand perception.
- Utilize lead automation tools (e.g. Pipedrive) to nurture leads and enhance conversion rates.
- Promote the company at different exhibition events.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager and contribute to the broader strategic vision.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.You hold a commercial drive.You hold a mindset and interest in technology.10 years of experience working in a sales or marketing environment with electrical building automation.Experience in utilizing data, monitoring the market to initiate and identify business opportunities.Experience working with the Building automation segment, especially with end users and system integrators.Solid understanding of building automation and experience with electrical and HVAC layers.Experience with Digital Transformation Projects is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Exceptional relationship skills internally and externally and thrive in a changing environment.Youre a self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments where innovation and sustainability are central values.Youve successfully led teams and know how to inspire high performance across diverse international settings.Why join us
