Post-Doc Researcher (m / f / x) in Economic Psychology or Experimental Economics

We are currently looking to fill a post-doc position (100%) for three years at the Chair of Social & Economic Psychology as soon as possible :

Post-Doc Researcher (m / f / x) in Economic Psychology or Experimental Economics

The position is part of a research project on social and distributional preferences and attitudes funded by the German Science Foundation, part of an international cooperation. The successful candidate will work in close cooperation with Prof. Dr. Anja Achtziger (Zeppelin University), Prof. Dr. Carlos Alós-Ferrer (Lancaster University, UK) and Dr. Jaume García-Segarra (University Jaume I, Spain). The successful candidate will be part of the Chair of Social & Economic Psychology at the Zeppelin University and is expected to integrate in the working group led by Prof. Dr. Anja Achtziger.

The project is mainly experimental and investigates socially harmful decisions using economic modeling and motivational interventions (e.g., mindsets), while also considering cultural and socioeconomic differences.

Your tasks

• Planning, implementation and evaluation of experimental quantitative studies (laboratory and online surveys)
• Publishing research results in top-tier international journals in economics and psychology
• Participation in the regular meetings of the members of the research project
