Business Development Manager

Overview Vivid Rock is partnering with an exciting, high growth SaaS business that is scaling rapidly due to significant interest in its platform. We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating qualified leads and building a strong pipeline for our Sales teams. The successful candidate will be self-driven, with a track record of hitting targets through proactive activity, targeted communication, and a full understanding of the product and target market, specifically in the Manufacturing sector. Location : Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities.

Identify and qualify leads within the Manufacturing sector.

Carry out high-volume cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach to engage prospects.

Keep up-to-date and accurate records of all activity, and schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.

Learn and develop a good understanding of the company SaaS product and how it can help customers.

Qualifications Proven experience in a sales or business development role (SaaS experience preferred).

Track record of hitting sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Experience generating new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social selling.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.

Must be able to speak German.
