Real Estate Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced real estate professional to lead and coach sales teams, drive performance, and set key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate processes, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage sales agents to drive performance and productivity.
- Ensure the team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Represent the team and uphold customer service and brand image.
- Support agents during complex deals with sales and closing strategies.
- Participate in negotiations and deal closures.
- Manage the sales cycle from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
Requirements
5 years' experience in real estate, with local and international clientele knowledge.Proven ability to manage 10+ sales agents.Solid understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes.Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).Professional communicator and negotiator.Results-driven, team-oriented, and financially focused.Highly organized and flexible working hours.Committed to delivering top-tier customer service.Benefits
