Real Estate Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced real estate professional to lead and coach sales teams, drive performance, and set key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate processes, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Manage sales agents to drive performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Represent the team and uphold customer service and brand image.
  • Support agents during complex deals with sales and closing strategies.
  • Participate in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Manage the sales cycle from first contact to post-sale follow-up.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in real estate, with local and international clientele knowledge.
  • Proven ability to manage 10+ sales agents.
  • Solid understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
  • Professional communicator and negotiator.
  • Results-driven, team-oriented, and financially focused.
  • Highly organized and flexible working hours.
