Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re growing fast in the data centre and technology space, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Spain to help us attract, engage, and hire the talent that makes it possible.

You’ll be part of a global TA team, partnering with leaders globally, and will own sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding projects that make a real impact. This isn’t just about filling roles — it’s about shaping how we engage talent in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end hiring for key EMEA roles, especially in data centres, tech, and infrastructure.

Build pipelines by sourcing and engaging passive talent across markets.

Act as a brand ambassador, driving recruitment marketing campaigns that grow awareness and talent communities.

Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and deliver great hiring outcomes.

Champion diversity and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What we’re looking for

Experience in Talent Acquisition across EMEA (ideally in data centre, technology, or infrastructure sectors).

Strong sourcing skills and proven success engaging passive talent.

Fluent in Spanish and English ; other European languages advantageous.

A true go-getter : comfortable with ambiguity, agile, adaptable, and always learning.

Confident working independently while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Passion for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data-driven recruiting.
