Role
LumApps is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. With a winning confidence and enthusiasm for a job well done, you will contribute directly to new business development and support a small team of SDRs in their day-to-day success.
Missions
Assertively use phone, email, social media, and other sales & marketing tools to generate interest in LumApps and secure meetings with potential customers.
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate qualified opportunities.
Support and guide a small team of SDRs in their daily activities.
Ensure campaigns are properly executed and leads are well qualified.
Track basic team KPIs (calls, meetings booked, campaign responses) and flag issues proactively.
Provide regular encouragement, feedback, and on-the-job coaching to help SDRs succeed.
Assist with onboarding new team members and share best practices.
Organize short training sessions and keep the team updated on tools and processes.
Contribute to maintaining a positive team spirit, motivation, and wellbeing.
Share progress and team updates with your manager.
Skills
23 years experience in new customer acquisition (cold calling, appointment setting).
Previous experience mentoring or coaching peers is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Native or near-native Spanish or French, plus good command of English. Portuguese or Italian are a plus.
Comfortable engaging with C-level decision-makers and understanding their challenges.
Strong objection-handling skills.
High level of self-motivation, creativity, and resilience.
Ability to work independently, while contributing to the success of the team.
Goal-oriented and committed to achieving results.
