  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Handle all questions and inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Actively work on optimizing all customer-related processes.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

    • Native / fluent in Spanish (verbal and written, C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
    • Ability to listen actively, identify, explain, and resolve issues effectively on first contact.
    • Capacity to handle stressful situations.
    • Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable).
    • Enthusiastic and skilled in using technology applications (smartphone, tablet, computer).
    • Customer-friendly attitude and excellent service skills.
    • Curious and persistent in problem-solving.
    • Organized with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
