Overview HRBP role at Rituals Cosmetics España (B Corp) in Spain. Join to apply for this position in an international environment. In our HR Department we are looking for a HRBP willing to be part of this exciting project, contributing to develop and optimize the HR strategy across Rituals Spain's 100 stores, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent results and improvements in terms of personnel, HR procedures, talent management and business culture.

Responsibilities Provide measurable input to define the direction of HR that support managers in optimizing results and allocating resources optimally.

Adapt / Enhance quality and value in existing HR methods.

Identify problems, analyze complex HR issues and modify working methods.

Check business needs of operations Retail / WHS to achieve targets and be the workplace of choice for our heartbeats.

Legal advice and management of legal actions.

Interface between Services and Operations :
