Accountabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product and engineering objectives
• Drive backend development for multi-tenant SaaS products, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and reliable systems
• Participate in product discovery to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead large projects, managing progress, adapting to feedback, and iterating on solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions, balancing time to market, quality, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, exercising ownership and applying best practices such as code reviews, CI / CD, observability, and infrastructure as code
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team
