What You’ll Do :

As a Business Process Consultant , you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle of process improvement from discovery and design to implementation and continuous optimization.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to assess current processes and design optimized workflows.
• Leading process mapping, documentation, and gap analysis sessions.
• Identifying automation opportunities and aligning process design with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Translating business requirements into functional design specifications for technical teams.
• Supporting change management, user adoption, and performance measurement efforts.
• Providing mentorship to junior consultants and contributing to practice development initiatives.
