Key Responsibilities :
- Regional Sales Responsibility (Retail Channel)
- Operator Channel Management : distributors and platforms (in collaboration with Key Account Managers)
- Retail Channel Management : store managers
- Promoter Management
- Leadership of the Gross Profit Value (GPV) team
- Operational control and regional reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications :
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fieldsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles (Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, Retail Manager)Experience in technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or mass retail is a plusHigh level of spoken and written EnglishProficiency in key performance indicators (KPIs), margin, turnover, and market shareExperience leading teams of Gross Profit Value (GPV) representatives, promoters, or field sales representativesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Business Intelligence, dashboards, Salesforce, Power BI)Benefits :
