What are we looking for?

Our IT Management unit is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced PMO . You will be involved in transformation projects across customer service, sales, and logistics within the European Order Management team.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with IT, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement to ensure alignment.
• Monitor deadlines and prevent delays.
• Conduct risk management and assessments throughout project phases.
• Identify and analyze blocking points to propose solutions.
• Understand business processes for effective transition management.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers.
• Work with IT on system performance and automation enhancements.
• Have 3-5 years of experience managing transformational projects, with organizational skills and ability to produce executive summaries.
• Possess 2 years of experience in logistics, including inbound / outbound activities and transportation.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with all management levels.
• Build productive relationships internally and externally.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be a strong team player passionate about process improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university / college (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English.
• International experience is a plus.
