UX / UI Designer (Italian Speaking) – EY GDS Spain - Hybrid

Responsibilities

Support the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences across different digital platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration skills, including :

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

A user-centered mindset with a passion for solving complex design challenges.

A data-driven design mindset, valuing user research data as a fundamental guide for every design decision.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Minimum 3 years of experience in UX / UI design roles.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma in particular).

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.

Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Good understanding of Spanish

Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Familiarity with user research approach and methodologies is a plus.

Previous experience in consulting or working with international teams.

Experience working in Agile environments.
