Job description As a M& A Officer at Mantu, you will join the Corporate Development & Strategy team, working closely with senior leaders to support the company’s growth through strategic acquisitions Your missions Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets. Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels to present Mantu’s value proposition and acquisition benefits. Perform competitive analysis on Mantu Group’s diversified brands. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop potential growth opportunities. Stay informed about current market and industry trends to support strategic decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to evaluate potential acquisition opportunities. Your profile Education : Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field. Languages : Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written). Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze financial and market data to support strategic decisions. Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). Teamwork & Independence : Ability to work effectively within a team while also managing projects independently. Innovation / AI : Knowledge of Generative AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT) to enhance daily activities is a plus.
