Technical Architect / Project Manager – Residential Development

DSRA is a real estate development and investment company focused on high-quality residential projects along the Mediterranean coast (Sitges, Barcelona, Valencia Region).

The company operates under a project-based financial structure — each development is managed as an independent P&L with full budgetary and financial control.

Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Architect / Project Manager to lead the execution phase of our residential development projects. The role includes : supervising daily all the works in all of our sites, coordinating between the concept architects and the local execution team, managing contractors and consultants, overseeing permits, schedules, and budget control, and serving as the technical point of contact for the financing bank throughout construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture / Engineering.
• Proven experience managing residential development projects in Spain.
• Familiarity with construction financing processes with banks — a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows (ArchiCAD / Revit).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
