Project Manager with German

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager who speaks proficient German and English to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing expectations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will own the project lifecycle, from defining scope and goals to developing full-scale project plans and communication documents. Your expertise will be crucial in estimating resources, drafting budget proposals, and managing project timelines and milestones. You will also play a key role in risk management, collaborating with QA for project demos, and maintaining clear communication channels with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for clients and internal teams for expectation management and delivery.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.

Estimate resources and oversee the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.

Draft and submit budget proposals, update financial forecasts, and recommend budget changes.

Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and resources.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports.

Maintain a centralized tracker for blockers accessible to the client.

Utilize tools such as Confluence for comments and meeting notes.

Collaborate with QA to plan and execute project demos.

Conduct weekly internal meetings to review concerns and issues with leadership.

Requirements Direct work experience in project management, including process development and execution.

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Extensive experience with project management practices and tools.

Proven ability to lead a team and drive projects to completion.

Strong familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project or Basecamp.

Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Languages German

Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
