As Lead Product Owner (d / f / m)

You’ll drive strategy and execution for a portfolio of customer‑ and passenger‑facing digital products. You’ll lead a global team of Product Owners, deliver measurable business impact, and help grow our digital revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the digital roadmap for smart building solutions, aligned with business goals.
• Team Development : Lead and mentor a high‑performing, international Product Owner team.
• Business Impact : Own product performance, driving revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
• Technology & Innovation : Anticipate market trends and lead advancements in IoT, AI, mobile, and data analytics.
• Portfolio Management : Balance investment across mature and emerging products to maximize value.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate strategy and progress to executives, regional leaders, and key customers.
• Customer Success : Ensure products meet real customer needs and drive satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs and report on digital sales, connected units, churn, and strategic progress.
