Galileo AIV Engineer

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for versatile engineers to work as AIV (Assembly, Integration & Verification) Engineer on the Galileo project, the European space flagship programme. Galileo is Europe\'s Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), funded and owned by the EU, providing accurate positioning and timing information. CETRA BASE is looking for AIV Engineers to be part of the Galileo Engineering team. The position is based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Carry-out integration and validation activities :
• Galileo Ground Segment integration based on customer requirements
• Galileo Ground Segment verification and validation
• SW installation and configuration on Windows and Linux environments
• SW functional analysis
• SW anomalies analysis and troubleshooting

Essential qualifications and experience

Security

In line with security requirements of the Galileo mission the candidate shall be a citizen of a European Union state. This position requires the candidate to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract and a very competitive salary package, according to his / her skills and experience.
