Enjoy benefits like free lunches and more!About the jobThe Head of Financial Reporting will lead and manage the company’s reporting functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders. This role is crucial for transparency in financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational metrics within a fast-paced fintech setting.Oversee preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAPs.Collaborate with FP&A and Compliance teams to align reporting with strategic financial planning.Regulatory & Compliance Reporting :

Lead the production and submission of regulatory reports (e.G., MiFID II, EMIR, FCA).Coordinate with regulatory bodies and auditors.Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements affecting CFD legal entities.Operational & Trading Reporting :

Develop dashboards and reports to monitor P&L performance.Provide insights to risk, compliance, dealing desk, and executive management.Automate and streamline reporting processes using the ERP system.Build and lead a high-performing reporting team.Define reporting strategy aligned with business goals.Promote data governance and quality across reporting systems.Stakeholder Collaboration :

Partner with FP&A, Compliance, Licensing, Marketing, Regions, Product, Dealing, and others.Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.Support ad hoc analysis and executive reporting needs.Who you are :

• Proven experience (7+ years) in reporting or audit.Expertise in financial and operational reporting, preferably with ERP systems like NetSuite.Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, FRM);

ACA or ACCA preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.Leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in English and Russian communication.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.From your first day :
