Role Areas :

? Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes :
Set up new tools for long-term capacity planning.
Manage upstream finished product and material supply.
Lead the process automation efforts.
? Process Engineering for Wipes :

The Process Engineer is responsible to improve results in the core production process.

A qualified resource principally focused on process reliability, process improvements, and quality results.

A technical resource that assures the application of technical knowledge and problem solving approaches.

The technical owner that assures process changes do not negatively impact performance.

Responsibilities :

? Plan and prioritize, prepare budgets, supervise progress, and keep team members informed throughout the project lifecycle.

? Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

? Measure performance using suitable project management tools and techniques.

? Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.

️ Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

? Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, and experience levels.

? Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

? Continually develop leadership skills.

Job Qualifications

? University / Bachelor Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Materials, Chemical, Industrial Engineers).

? Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

? Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.

? Display positive relationship-building, analytical skills, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented attitude.

? Excellent progressive, strategic, and confident leadership skills.
