Planificación del trabajo, gestión de fases y verificación del cumplimiento. Interlocución y coordinación entre Director / a de Proyecto y su equipo. Asegurar que las necesidades de su equipo están cubiertas en tiempo y plazo. Posición estable en un buen ambiente de trabajo. Salario competidor en base a funciones y mercado. Desarrollo profesional y formación. Otros beneficios sociales.
Hola! Desde Claire Joster, buscamos a un / a Lead Software Engineer , para incorporar en una de nuestras reconocidas empresas dedicadas a la innovación, tecnología desarrollo de proyectos (ferroviarios, entre otros), ubicados en San Sebastián.
Requisitos :
- Ingeniería Superior
- Aportar alguna experiencia en gestión de grupos (valorable en Programación de Software)
- Inglés alto y fluido (nivel C1).
- Conocimientos de C++
- Persona con buena capacidad de liderazgo, con capacidad de toma de decisión, buena comunicación y trabajo de equipo.
