Overview As the Application Specialist, you would be responsible for development, analysis and maintenance of Technologies & Applications in order to support the Global Member Services team, Senior Leadership Team and other key business stakeholders. This individual would be part of the TAP (Technology & Product) team. This role will have the opportunity to oversee and partner on projects with Analysts, Project Managers, Product Managers, as well as technology team members in other departments. This position would report to the TAP leadership team to determine daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly priorities for addressing the organization’s growing Technologies & Applications needs.
Responsibilities Research and deliver new toolsets to leverage in conjunction to current and future
Support the development of project plans to implement system changes helping become more efficient and optimize costs.
Manage and maintain Technology & Application KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for daily,weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
Reiterate, develop, and maintain weekly and monthly updates for Senior Leadership and Leadership Teams
Partner with Work Force Management and BI (Business Intelligence) teams to
Manage and maintain Partner relations between key technology solutions
Work within Jira and Asana to maintain visibility and accountability
Required Skills 2+ years of experience with API (Application Program Interface) and cloud-basedtechnologies & tool-sets
Experience with project management tools like Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office Visio Charts
Experience with Genesys Cloud architect
Experience with Zendesk
Ability to stick to deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner
Good follow-through on projects
Must be bilingual (english 75-80% spoken)
Education & Experience Bachelor's (required)
2 years API experience (required)
1 year experience with project management tools (required)
1 year experience with Genesys Cloud architect (required)
1 year experience with Zendesk (required)
2 years experience with call center CRM (required)
