We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and develop a high-performing HR function that drives business results.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop strong relationships with HR stakeholders and provide expert guidance on HR matters.
  • Lead the implementation of HR projects and initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to management teams to support their HR needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a complex organization.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, employee regulations, and labor laws.
  • Professional HR accreditation required.
