Country General Manager

Role Overview : The Country General Manager will be responsible for driving Hexing’s utility business development in Spain and Portugal, focusing on electricity distribution, metering, and smart grid solutions. The role requires building and managing strong relationships with utilities, regulatory bodies, and local partners to achieve sales targets and support the company’s growth strategy in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies for utility customers in Spain and Portugal, aligned with Hexing’s global and regional objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle : market research, tender identification, bidding, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including electricity utilities, system operators, EPCs, and government entities.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, legal, finance).
• Support after-sales service delivery and customer satisfaction through close coordination with technical service teams.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and local associations to enhance brand visibility. - Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.
