Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Heads of Sales to lead our business growth in the FMCG and Consumer Electronics sectors. The ideal candidates will be educated from European institution (preferably from the UK, Ireland, Scotland, or South Africa), with fluency in English and a proven track record in their respective industries . While GCC experience is not mandatory, deep category expertise is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales pipeline management and business development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align business goals.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and present to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a recognized European institution (UK, Ireland, Scotland, or South Africa preferred).Experience : Minimum 8–12 years of progressive sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in FMCG or Consumer Electronics .Proven expertise in one of the two categories (FMCG or Consumer Electronics).Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and market awareness.Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.GCC experience is an advantage but not required.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : 52,666.40€ - 99,471.59€ per year
