Revenue Operations Analyst

We help expats and entrepreneurs do business and make investments in Europe. We are a Legal Tech Boutique that's wired differently to simplify our customers' lives. The Revenue Operations Analyst ensures accurate forecasting, transparent performance reporting, and process optimization, ultimately driving profitable growth and operational efficiency.

Support revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and actuals vs. Assist in building dynamic models that project pipeline conversion and revenue attainment.

  • Help analyze unit economics, CAC, LTV, margins per service, payback periods, and cohort-level performance of leads and clients.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain and enhance dashboards that tie revenue performance to key financial KPIs (e.g., margins per service, ltv, cac, forecast, net retention).
  • Work with Finance to ensure accurate data flow between HS and financial systems.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies that impact financial performance, such as lead leakage, slow deal cycles, or inconsistent discounting.
  • Support the integration of tools and data sets (e.g., CRM, ERP, billing platforms) for improved revenue visibility.
  • Use Excel / Google Sheets, SQL (optional), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making.

    • 4 / 5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, or Revenue / Sales Operations.

    ~ Experience developing and presenting business metrics to the management team.

    ~ Must : Power BI experience

    ~ Experience with Tableau

    ~ Experience working as a Review Operation Specialist or Business Analyst

    ~ Fluent English
