We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. Your main responsibility is to accelerate top-of-the-funnel growth by acquiring new partners who can consistently generate and share high-quality mortgage leads. You will play a critical role in expanding our partner network, maximizing lead flow, and ultimately driving business growth.
Partner Acquisition & Expansion – Identify, engage, and onboard new collaborators (real estate agencies, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders) who can generate mortgage leads.
Strategic Outreach & Prospecting – Actively research and contact potential partners via cold calls, emails, networking events, and social selling.
Sales-Driven Execution – Set ambitious acquisition goals, track performance, and consistently strive to exceed targets.
Negotiation & Closing Deals – Persuasively communicate our value proposition to convert prospects into long-term business partners.
Market Insights & Optimization – Analyze performance data and industry trends to refine strategies and improve lead acquisition efforts.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial drive, a hunter mindset, and the ability to create impactful partnerships that fuel business growth.
