What You'll Do

Define the product : alongside engineering and the business teams, define the detailed roadmap and product specifications for Spain’s claims management platform.
Prioritisation and planning : prioritise and plan the product development efforts with the development teams and your stakeholders.
Product delivery : collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organising and taking part in the day to day work and making sure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
Stakeholder management : your primary stakeholders will be Spain’s Claims team, but you will work with many other Prima departments, both locally and in the global organisation.
Strategy : working closely with your department leadership team, contribute to the definition of the overall strategy for your product area.

What We're Looking For

Experience : 3+ years of experience delivering software products as a product manager or similar role.

Analytical : comfortable breaking down complex problems and using data to make smart, confident decisions.

Agile : know how to drive product development in cross‑functional teams, with a solid grasp of agile practices and product management fundamentals.

Technical confidence : worked with complex platforms and software architectures before.

Adaptable : thrive in fast‑paced environments, embrace change, and continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow.

Communication : articulate complex ideas—technical, strategic, or both—to any audience, from engineers to executives, and proficient in Spanish and in English.

Nice‑to‑have

Global mindset : worked in international environments and navigate different cultures and markets.

Technical understanding : past experience with programming, SQL, software architecture.
