Technical Lead (Python)

At Oxigent Technologies , we are looking for a Technical Leader with strong expertise in AI and Python to guide the development of a new AI module for a key application in the air transport industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the technical roadmap for product development.
• Collaborate closely with the Flight Operations Expert and AI Model E ngineer to ensure solutions are optimized for aerial operations, meeting safety and operational standards.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with partners across the organization.
• Mentor and guide a Junior AI Engineer , supporting their growth while overseeing both new developments and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute your expertise to other AI-related products when needed.
