Senior Digital Media & Events Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Digital Media & Events Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and services in the field of digital media and events.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of Enterprise Virtual & Hybrid Events, Webcasts, and other digital media experiences. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of these events by providing expert technical support and infrastructure maintenance.

You will work closely with consultants, business stakeholders, and internal teams to prepare for events, troubleshoot issues, and drive change management initiatives. Your strong communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for Audio Visual (AV) equipment, including handling Kaltura, Zoom, Streamyard, ECDN, encoders, decoders, mixers, and HW / SW.
• Collaborate with event planners to ensure seamless event execution and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of event settings, configurations, and technical requirements.
• Develop and share knowledge with the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
