About The Role
- Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution : Design, implement, and oversee large-scale, multi-channel Google Ads strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Analysis : Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make high-level decisions to improve campaign performance and KPIs.
- Budget Administration & ROI Optimization at Scale : Manage significant investments, forecast outcomes, and maximize profitability across markets or projects.
- Advanced Audience Targeting & Segmentation Strategy : Deep knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting approaches.
- Leadership & Team Development : Experience mentoring and developing junior PPC specialists to ensure skill growth and operational excellence.
- Cross-Channel Integration & Holistic Digital Strategy : Align Google Ads with broader digital marketing initiatives for unified performance.
- Competitor Intelligence & Market Insights : Conduct market research, benchmark competitors, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Executive Reporting : Translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership with emphasis on business impact.
- Continuous Innovation & Platform Expertise : Stay ahead of Google Ads updates and industry trends, foster testing and best practices.
About You
At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Discovery / Demand Gen, Display, Video, and Performance Max.Professional proficiency in English;additional languages are a plus.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture view and granular details.Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.High ownership and accountability;able to manage projectsindependently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a drive to improve opportunities.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.Passion for staying current with industry trends and Google Ads features.Benefits & Perks
