Associate Director, Clinical Project Management (Neurology Biotech)

Our client is a fast-growing biotechnology company dedicated to advancing innovative therapies in neurology . As their clinical pipeline rapidly expands, they are seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Project Management to lead critical clinical programs through all phases of development.
This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, science-driven team with a strong culture of collaboration, agility, and impact.
The role may also be offered at Senior Clinical Project Manager level if better aligned for someone looking to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of clinical studies from initiation through close-out.
Develop and manage study timelines, budgets, and operational plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and CROs.
Drive study execution according to GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
Ensure effective risk management and proactive issue resolution.
Mentor and support Clinical Project Managers and Clinical Trial Managers.
Contribute to process improvements and strategic planning within the clinical operations function.
Requirements
Life sciences degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in clinical project management, including global study oversight.
Strong background in neurology or CNS indications highly desirable.
Proven experience managing CROs, vendors, and cross-functional clinical teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing biotech environment.
