JBAndrews is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading flavor manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in developing customized flavor solutions for both human and animal food applications. We’re seeking a motivated and creative flavorist to join their technical team in Seville.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for flavor creation and formulation, looking to grow within a collaborative and innovation-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support flavor creation and formulation across sweet and savory applications
  • Collaborate with application scientists and commercial teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Participate in sensory evaluations and product development projects
  • Assist in scaling up formulations for production
  • Stay up to date with market trends and customer preferences

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Around 3 years of experience in flavor development or formulation
  • Internship or training experience with global flavor houses is a plus
  • Degree in food science, chemistry, or related field
  • Strong interest in flavor creation and sensory science
  • Fluent in Spanish or English (both preferred)
  • Team-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
