Descripción del trabajoProven experience as aSenior Backend Engineer, with expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and real-time processing. Deep understanding of backend technologies such asPython,Kafka,WebSockets, and similar tools. Strong knowledge ofconcurrency,asynchronous programming, andlow-latency system design. Experience working onlarge-scale systems, preferably in industries like video streaming, real-time communications, or SaaS platforms. Aproblem-solving mindsetwith a passion for tackling innovative and complex technical challenges. While not mandatory, familiarity with AI / ML technologies is a plus. Responsibilities
- Design and implementscalable architecturescapable of handlinglarge volumes of dataandhigh user concurrency.

- Solve complex problems related todistributed systems, such as managingKafka partitions,WebSocket connections, andasynchronous event processing.
- Build robust infrastructure to support innovative AI-driven functionalities while maintaining reliability and efficiency.
